She spent her early life in Santa Anna, Texas, then after marriage spent time in England with her husband and son, and then to Houston where she was a loving mother to her sons, Monty and Bruce.
Patsy retired from Texas Commerce Bank in Houston after a long and successful career. She then continued employment at a Houston area law firm for several more years.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Bill Parish, her sister Bobbie Howard, and her son Monty. She is survived by her son, Bruce Bible, daughter in law, Annette Bible, grandchildren, Kelly Munsell, Jenna Bible and Nash Bible all of the Katy/Houston area.
Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm, with the funeral service at 1:00 pm with a reception following at 2:00 pm all at Katy Funeral Home on Monday, September 21, 2015, located at 23350 Kingsland Blvd., Katy Tx 77494.
