Rachael Lee Rucker

Rachael Lee Rucker, born to Clara Frances Horner Haynes and Leo Gayle Haynes in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Rachael lived an amazing and full 97 years praising and worshipping her Savior Jesus Christ. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. In addition to having been an athlete and vocalist, Rachael was truly an artist with her quilting, sewing, and all that she created. Rachael dearly loved all of her family and friends.

Rachael is survived by her brother, Donald G. Haynes, sons Richard K. Rucker and Jeffrey C. Rucker, daughter Jane Rucker Yates. Nine grandchildren: Jason Rucker, Joshua Rucker, Justin Rucker, Christina Rucker Ganschow, Adam Rucker, Erik Yates, Jana Yates Soroski, Morgan Rucker Holmes, David Rucker Blackwell; and twenty-two great grandchildren.

Rachael was preceded in death by her husband Charles L. Rucker, her sister Margaret Haynes Irland, and her son David B. Rucker.

There will be a Memorial Service at the following location and time:

There will also be an Internment Service held at the DFW National Cemetery in Grand Prairie, Texas in February. Service time and date pending.
