Sharyn was the proud and loving mother of Kelsey, (Andrew Bender of Houston, Texas) Tara, (Peter Drury of Katy, Texas), Courtney (Widower Bryant Roy of Austin, Texas) and Brandon (Claire Yancey of Keller, Texas) as well as the beloved Grammy to Cheyenne, Charlotte, Thomas, Davis, Scarlett, Hailey, Ben and Melody and a precious Great Grammy to Courtland and Gauge. Sharyn is survived by her sister-in-law Sue Hope and brother-in-law Mark Hope, and countless friends and family members who will miss her desperately.
Sharyn is preceded in death by the love of her life, Terry Hope. The two were married on September 23rd, 1987 and their love for each other carried on even after his passing on August 14th of 2025, as they were the very epitome of true soulmates. She is also preceded in death by her mother Della, her father Johnny, her brother Kenneth and her daughter Courtney.
Sharyn was an avid poker player, a lover of all animals, a proud "Station Mom" to the first responders of Fort Bend County, a woman of deep faith and generosity and a renowned cook. Sharyn showed her love by feeding people and to have sat at her table whether once or a thousand times, is to have been seen, cared for and loved beyond measure.
Our hearts are heavy but our hope in Heaven gives us the promise of being reunited there together as a family once more when we are called Home to join her and Daddy together for eternity.
