Toluwalase Odunuga

It is with profound sorrow and humble submission to the will of Almighty God that we announce the passing of our beloved Toluwalase Odunuga, who departed this life suddenly on August 10th in Katy, TX, at the age of 31. Born on July 29th, 1995, in Lagos, Nigeria, Tolu was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, friend, and cherished member of his family and community. From his early years, he was known for the warmth and joy he brought to those around him.

Tolu lived a life that, though far too short, was filled with meaningful relationships, cherished memories, and dreams for the future. He was deeply loved by his family and treasured by the many friends and loved ones whose lives he touched. His sudden departure has left a profound emptiness in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. It is difficult to understand why a life so young and full of promise has been called to an end so soon. Yet, in the midst of our grief, we remain grateful to God for the years we were blessed to share with him, for the memories he gave us, and for the love that will forever remain.

Tolu’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. His smile, his laughter, his kindness, and the moments shared with him will forever be cherished. Though we mourn the loss of his physical presence, we take comfort in knowing that his life was a gift, and that the impact he made on those around him will never be forgotten.

We take solace in the promises of God and humbly submit to His divine will, trusting in His wisdom even when we do not understand His ways.

“Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.” Psalm 116:15

He leaves behind Idowu Odunuga, Gladys Odunuga, Busola Afelumo, Damilola Buoye, and Toffy Odunuga, as well as numerous relatives, friends, colleagues, and loved ones who will forever cherish his memory.

Forever Remembered

Tolu may have departed this world too soon, but the love he gave, the lives he touched, and the memories he created will remain with us always.

Rest in the bosom of the Lord, beloved Tolu. Until we meet again, you will forever remain in our hearts.

May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
