It's hard to believe that George has left us. I remember hearing about a guy who was a spray- man, did tape and bed and had lots of experience with dry wall patches. That was about 20 years ago. I hired George soon after. We worked a lot of jobs together over the years and became good friends. His work was excellent.
George was also a cut-up. He told imaginative stories and was always ready with a joke or two. He was truly one of a kind in this regard.
We talked about pretty much anything and everything. He was a good listener and could be funny or serious. George was one person who highly regarded his family. I've met few people who've expressed their love of family so often.
I'll miss my friend George. He left friends behind.
