Bobbijo Evelyn Clark Atwood

She was born in Brattleboro, VT on June 22, 1970, the daughter of Chester W. and Kathleen M. (Junkins) Clark.

Bobbijo was a 1988 graduate of Brattleboro Memorial High School.

On November 20, 1999 she married Jamie J. Atwood, Sr. in Sullivan during a ceremony at his family’s home.

Bobbijo loved to knit and crochet and has crafted many items for her future grandchildren. Fishing was another one of her favorite pastimes. Anywhere she could send out a cast was a place she liked being. Bobbijo was also an avid reader. Spending time with the family as a whole, however, is what she most enjoyed.

She is survived by her husband: Jamie J. Atwood, Sr. of Hillsborough; her three sons: Joseph C. Atwood, Jamie J. “JJ” Atwood, Jr., and Anthony J. Atwood, all of Hillsborough; her parents: Chester W. and Kathy M. Clark of Winchester; her siblings: Dawn M. Morse and her husband Richard of Hinsdale, Lisa M. Lawrence and her husband Jody of Winchendon, MA, Jennifer A. Dix and her husband Matthew of Keene, and Charles E. Clark and his significant other Valerie Gray of Westminster, VT; as well as many nieces and nephews including two great-nieces, one to whom, Erin Evelyn Powers, was her God daughter.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 at the Fletcher Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the family lot in Evergreen Cemetery in Winchester. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00.
