Carolyn Marie Sprague

She was born in Keene on June 25, 1947, the daughter of Clyde and Ann (Sullivan) James. She attended St. Joseph’s School and went on to graduate from Keene High School in 1965.

She married Herbert L. Sprague in Troy, NH.

Mrs. Sprague worked for NGM for 20 years as a clerical typist and retired in 2008.

Her favorite hobby was collecting cookie jars and has gathered over 160 jars over the years.

Her family remembers her as being indescribable, an angel who was loved by all.

She is survived by her husband Herbert Sprague of Nelson; her son Peter Eric Sprague of Stoddard; her daughter Corali Ann Spydel, and husband David, of Claremont; her grand children Catlin Sprague, Michael Sprague and Matthew Hastings; and her sisters Katherine Newell of Chesterfield and Joanne James of Keene.

Services for Mrs. Sprague will be held on Friday, May 1st, 2015, 10:00 AM at Fletcher Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 33 Marlboro St., Keene, NH (www.fletcherfuneralhome.com).
