

He was born on February 10, 1928, in Keene, to John Ernest Tasoulas and Mary Vlahogianni. He attended Lincoln School and graduated in 1946 from Keene High School. He started Chris J. Tasoulas Realty in 1956 and remained active in his family business throughout his life. He married Anna Libbares on July 29, 1956 at St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Keene, and shared 57 years together.
Chris was a hardworking, humble family man who cherished his Greek heritage.
This is reflected in his active dedication to both the Church and his community. He served his church as the President of the Parish Council for many years. He served his community as a City Councilor for Ward 1 from 1966-1971, State Representative from 1967 to 1970. He served his nation in the Army National Guard from 1948 until 1971, retiring as Major.
Chris is survived by his daughter: Maria E. T. Bradshaw, her husband, Peter and their children Sarah and Anna; his daughter Georgia A. L. Tasoulas; his son John C. Tasoulas, his wife Roe-Ann and their children Piper and Mack; and his sister Patricia Blastos. He is predeceased by his wife, Anna; his infant son Spero; and his siblings Ernest, Anthony, and Helen.
Calling hours will be held Monday, May 2, 2016, from 5pm – 8pm; Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 11am; both will be held at Saint George Greek Orthodox Church, 70 West Street, Keene.
