

Frank was born in Danbury, CT on July 7, 1930 the son of Frank A. and Anna C. (Delohery) Hubner.
He has been a resident of Chesterfield, NH since 1936 when his family moved here from Connecticut, and remained on the family farmstead for the past 77 years.
Frank operated the family farm at his home in Chesterfield and was a partner in Hubner Bros. Inc. He was an expert cable Shovel and backhoe operator. He was also an expert welder and enjoyed making windmills as a hobby. His talents also included that of woodworking. He loved to tinker on anything and everything, including working on his 1977 Mercedes Benz. He loved the out-of-doors, and visiting flea markets.
Survivors include two sisters A. Shirley Tyler and her husband Frederick of Brattleboro, VT, Cynthia “Cindy” H. Clark and her husband Edward of Guilford, VT; a brother Paul M. Hubner and his wife Donna of Chesterfield, NH, many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and two sisters; Elizabeth “Betty” Whitehouse and Jean A. Hubner.
A graveside service will be held in the West Cemetery, Poor Road, West Chesterfield, NH on Friday, April 25, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Mr. Hubner's memory to the Chesterfield Fire and Rescue Department, Route 63, Chesterfield, NH 03443, or to Rescue Inc., PO Box 593, Brattleboro, VT 05301, or to a charity of one's choice.
