Frank Peter Luksevish

We are heartbroken to announce that the sun has gone dark and we are lost in the woods after the sudden, short, and brutally unfair illness and death of the heart and soul of our family, Frank Peter Luksevish on July 18, 2026.

Frank was born in Keene, to Joseph and Imogene “Penny” Luksevish, on August 10, 1977. Raised and educated locally, Frank was a member of the Keene High School Class of 1996. Frank was a long-time resident of Cheshire County, later living in Buxton, Maine. Frank always fond of his home, he would return to the region, most recently living in Alstead, NH. In 2018, Frank met Bryanon Miller, someone he deeply treasured, and enjoyed 8 years of partnership.

Frank was universally loved by nearly every person he ever met. He was unfailingly generous to strangers, treated animals gently and with kindness, and children everywhere thought he was the most spectacular person in the universe. Frank deeply enjoyed traveling, and was blessed with the opportunity to travel Europe, and even as far as Peru.

Frank was a talented musician and painter who took great pride in his work and even more joy in music. Spending time outdoors brought him the sort of happiness and peace that most people only dream of finding. Frank was able to experience a trip on the Appalachian Trail and was a lover of the beach. Above all else, Frank loved his family; he loved them unreservedly, with his whole heart and soul.

The people he left behind are grieving and devastated: Bryanon Miller, his faithful and loving partner of many, many years, to whom he loved saying that they had finally made a home together; Nadine Corson, his older sister (by a few seconds) and her husband Matt, who Frank loved and trusted instantly, and their blended family of 3 children: Shea, Madison, and Teagan; Joseph, Frank's younger brother (by 90 seconds) and best friend in the whole world, and his son, Sage; Sage's stepmother, Missy, and their beloved little sister, Athena Goodwin, who always looked up to her brother Frank more than anyone else. He is also survived by his godchildren, Tyler and Sadie, children of Frank’s lifelong friend Theone Hartwig-Wallace; and a great many informal nieces and nephews, all of whom fiercely adored their Uncle Frank.

Frank's Catholic faith was always an important part of his identity, and it brought him great comfort during the last days and weeks of his illness. In his early life, Frank was a parishioner of Saint Bernard’s Church, a place where he and his family shared many life events. We are sure he has been joyfully reunited with his much-missed mother, Penny, and is catching up with his father, stepfather, and brother-in-law. He is already missed more than words can possibly express.

Family and friends are invited to call at the Fletcher Funeral Home, 33 Marlboro St. Keene, Monday July 27, 2026, from 4-7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Bernard Church, 185 Main St., Keene, NH with burial to follow at the Monadnock View Cemetery, 499 Park Ave., Keene, NH.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks those who wish to make donations in Frank’s name to Project Purple, an organization that helps fund patient financial aid as well as pancreatic cancer treatment and early detection research. (https://www.projectpurple.org)
