He was born on April 1, 1947 in Manchester, NH, son of Juliette (Paquette) and Harold Hunter, Sr..
Butch enjoyed working on his campground in Fitzwilliam with his wife Brenda and son Fuzzy. He also enjoyed trips to the casino with his friends, time with his dogs, and going hunting, fishing, and shooting. Two of his favorite sayings at the campground were “Yeehaw!” and “Welcome home campers!”
He leaves behind his loving wife: Brenda Hunter; daughter: Gina and Mechelle; sons: Robbie and Fuzzy; granddaughters: Cayley, Taryen, Bella, Fallon, and Hunter; sister: Debbie; and his devoted caretaker that looked after him each and every day who was like a sister: Bee. Butch will be missed by many others.
A celebration of Butch’s life will be held Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Hunter's State Line Campground, 850 NH Route 12, Fitzwilliam, NH.
