He was born January 12, 1988, in New Britain, CT the son of Arthur Barnard and Madalynn Doty. Jeremy worked for many years as a painter, which was a trade that he took great pride in.
Creativity, compassion and a warm sense of humor were some of his most admirable qualities. His creativity was shown through his art: both on paper and in rhyme. Jeremy loved to write lyrics and rhymes, which had a “hip-hop” flair. His compassion was shown through his devotion to his family. He loved to be a part of family gatherings, especially when he had an opportunity to spend time with his nieces and nephews, who lovingly called him “Mr. Melon Head”. He loved to make other people smile and shared his sense of humor with those around him.
He is survived by his children: Maddison, Annabella, Peyton and Savannah, his mother: Madalynn Doty of Keene, brothers: Brandin Doty and his wife Randi and TJ McCoy both of Keene, sisters: Amber Doty and her companion Celeb and Angel Doty both of Keene, Jennifer Barnard, Brittany Doty and Crystal Doty all of Connecticut, maternal grandmothers: Marguerite Doty of Keene and Marilyn Doty of Connecticut, aunts: Rosemarie and Amanda Doty of Connecticut, uncles: Mark Doty of Texas and Walter Barnard of Connecticut and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
A Celebration of Jeremy’s Life will be held at a later time and will be announced as the date draws closer.
