Jesse J Joslyn

Jesse James Joslyn, 43, a resident of Keene, NH passed away unexpectedly in Keene on March 11, 2018. His parents, Ann (Sheldon) LaBrie and Jerri Joslyn proudly welcomed their son into the world on July 5, 1974 in Keene.

Jesse grew up in West Swanzey, NH. He attended Monadnock Regional High School and graduated from Keene’s Continuing Education Program. After high school Jesse went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Marines. In the four years that he served, Jesse was deployed to Turkey, Bosnia, Okinawa and Kosova. He served in the 3rd battalion, 8th Marine as a member in the Lima Company.

He was a fun loving, great dad to his two daughters Brianna and Kylie whom he loved spending time with. Jesse loved the outdoors and loved to go fishing. He enjoyed listening to music and writing poetry. He was also a member of the Ruck-up Inc. organization in Keene.

Jesse will be greatly missed by many, especially his two daughters, Brianna Joslyn and Kylie Joslyn of Keene, his parents Ann LaBrie and her husband Kevin of Keene and Jerri Joslyn and his wife Su-Ann of Surry, NH, his paternal grandmother Marjorie Joslyn “Nana”, three brothers, Gregory Joslyn of Surry, NH, Benjamin Joslyn and his wife Krista of Roxbury, NH, Kyle LaBrie and his loving companion Laurel Breda of Hinsdale, NH, and several nieces, nephews and extended family members. He is also survived by his dear friend and the mother of his children, Sarah.

A celebration of Jesse’s life will be held on Wednesday March 21, 2018 at the Foley Funeral Home, 49 Court Street Keene NH from 1-3PM. For those who wish, donations may be made in Jesse’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
