

He was born and raised in Nelson June 5, 1932, the son of Donald and Grace (Town) Warner and has resided in Nelson all of his life.
Prior to his retirement, he was a foreman with the Highway Department with the state of New Hampshire where he had been employed for a number of years.
He had been affiliated with the Nelson Congregational Church and was well known by those in town for his mastry of being a "jack of all trades" and a master of most.
Survivors include: his wife of 58 years Mildred (Leslie) Warner of Nelson, his sons: Christopher Warner and his wife Melany of Leominster, MA., and Brian Warner Sr. of Nelson; a daughter Deborah Jean and her husband Barry of Winchendon, MA., a brother George Warner of Nelson, six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by a son John Warner Jr.
Calling hours for Mr. Warner will be held Monday evening from 5 to 7 o'clock at the Fletcher Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 33 Marlboro Street, Keene. Friends are invited.
Services will be held Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock at the Nelson Congregational Church. Friends are invited. The Reverend Damon Anderson of Swanzey will officiate.
Burial will take place in the family lot at the Nelson Village Cemetery.
