Joe was a wonderful neighbor who I knew since I was a child. He had a huge heart, and was very kind and helpful to my parents in their later years - something I am very thankful for and which I will never forget. I remember him "rescuing" me one time when I fell off my bike and split my chin open. I also remember going snowmobiling with him several times. My deepest sympathies to Priscilla, Debra and the rest of the family.
