

He was born in Swanzey on June 23, 1941, the son of Levi and Marion (Coulter). He grew up in both Swanzey and Troy and attended schools there.
Mr. Page worked for several area businesses including Kingsbury Corporation for over 17 years and also for the Town of Swanzey Highway Department for over 10 years. He also served on the Troy Volunteer Fire Department for 22 years.
He enjoyed restoring antique cars and attending car shows. He was also a model train enthusiast and restored old clocks. Mr. Page also enjoyed winters in Florida for the last eight years.
His family remembers him as a gentle soul, and a content man who was always keeping busy. He was a “Yankee” through and through. His contentment with life was seen in a variety of ways including his frequent singing or whistling.
Mr. Page is survived by his wife Shirley Page of Swanzey; his daughters Kimberly Wheeler, and husband Randall, of Francestown, and Heidi Page, and husband Daron Whitehouse, of Hillsborough; his grandchildren Alyson and Parker Wheeler; his stepchildren Gina Desrochers of Swanzey, Kevin Wilcox of Keene and David Logan of Newton, MA; his step grandchildren Aaron Keith, Brittany Desrochers, Allyson Logan, Adam Logan and many other step grandchildren; his siblings Roderick Page, and wife Barbara, of Troy, Janet Morris of Bayonette Point, FL and Joyce Berry, and husband Robert, of Gardner, MA; and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Page’s first wife, Bonnie (Parker) Page died on May 2, 1993.
Calling hours will be held for Mr. Page on Thursday, December 4th, 2014, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Fletcher Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 33 Marlboro St., Keene, NH. (www.fletcherfuneralhome.com) A private burial will be held in the spring.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in Mr. Kendrick “Ken” E. Page’s name to Home Healthcare Hospice and Community Services, 312 Marlboro St., Keene, NH 03431.
