

Lisa (Byrne) Blodgett, 61, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Genesis Keene Center, on July 8, 2026, where she had resided for the past 9 years. She was formerly a longtime resident of Swanzey, New Hampshire, where she lovingly raised her four sons and adopted daughter.
Lisa was a fighter and fought hard till the very end. Lisa was born on April 25, 1965, in Pembroke, New Hampshire, to Charles and Peta Byrne. She attended schools in Pembroke and, after graduating from high school, discovered a passion for baking, sewing, crafting, and caring for animals. Later in life, she found great joy in babysitting and caring for children.
Lisa met the love of her life, Robert Blodgett Sr, while attending an airshow at Dillant-Hopkins Airport in Keene, New Hampshire. They exchanged vows on August 5th, 1985, and built a life centered on love and family, welcoming four sons together. Lisa's greatest pride and joy was her children and grandchildren.
Lisa is survived by her mother, Peta Byrne; her sisters, Kendra and Jessica Byrne; her brother, Justin Byrne; her sons, Robert Blodgett Jr. and his partner, Cynthia of Keene, Ryan Blodgett and his wife, Krista of Winchester , Russell Blodgett and his wife, Hannah of Florida, and Randall Blodgett and his wife, Brianna of Swanzey ; and her adopted daughter, Paige. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Piper, Poppy, Preston, Easton, Tanner, Calli, Micheal, Maria and Robert III. Lisa was predeceased by her father, Charles Byrne.
Lisa will be remembered for her kind heart, her creativity, her unwavering love for her family, and the joy she brought to those around her. She will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, extended family, and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
The family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to the hospice nurses for all their support over the last few days. We will take it from here Lisa, we love you!
Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00pm with words of remembrance shared during this time, at the Fletcher Funeral Home (Due to renovations at the Foley Funeral Home), 33 Marlboro Street, Keene, NH.
