

She was born June 30, 1935 in Shreveport, LA the daughter of Edward and Estelle (Lambert) Tucker. For more than 40 years she worked as a nurse, providing compassionate care to those who were her patients.
Margaret was a very hard-working person who loved her family very much and who enjoyed spending time with them. She loved doing crafting projects and was gifted at crocheting and knitting. She also enjoyed working with ceramics.
For nearly 2 years she had found a warm and welcoming community at Maplewood. She was able to take part in activities and build friendships with others who lived there as well as the staff. Her family will be forever thankful for the care that she received while she was there.
She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Denjak and her husband Scott; her sons, Thomas Gardner and his wife Lynn, Danny Dupree and his companion Shirley and Darin Dupree and his wife Karen; grandchildren, Casey, Dorian, Jennifer, Cody, Zach, Josh, Amber and Daniel; great-grandchildren, Cameron, Kayla, Mason, Marshall, Arnold and Hayden; her sister, Mildred Judd and her husband Willis; her brothers, Edward Tucker, Jr and his wife Evonne, George Tucker and his wife Joanne and Roy Tucker; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members. She is predeceased by her sister-in-law, Sharon Tucker.
Margaret’s family will remember her in a private ceremony, where she will be laid to rest in the Epp’s family Cemetery in Shreveport, LA, at a later date.
