

She was born in Keene December 26, 1933, the daughter of Lionel and Alice May (Perry) Sherwin and had resided in Hinsdale for many years prior to moving to Largo.
Mrs. Ryan worked in the food service industry as a manager for New England Sports Service at Hinsdale Raceway for over 20 years. She had also worked at the Four Leaf Clover Restaurant in Bernardston, MA and Mt. Snow in Dover, VT. In her earlier years, she was a member of the United Methodist Church.
She was fond of doing interior decorating, tole painting and sewing. She loved to work in her flower gardens and go to the ocean and beach.
Marjorie was a dedicated mother, grandmother and friend to all She was extremely proud of her grandchildren's accomplishments. She loved to tell stories about them as young children and now independent adults. She was strong, always kept a positive attitude, and always found something to laugh about. Even health care workers fell in love with and admired her.
She is the widow of Harold Ryan and is predeceased by a daughter Roberta (Robin) Goddard and a sister Winnie Marcou.
Survivors include: Doreen (Debbie) Skiathitis of Florida, Norman Frink Jr. (Bucky) and his wife Lynil (Chicky) of Henniker, Rosamond (Peach) Blouin of Hinsdale, Toni Bartlett of Jacksonville, VT., Melinda (Jake) Cook of Sarasota FL., Belinda Parker of St. Petersburg, FL., Mikell (Mike) Lasch and her husband Rob of Newfane, VT., two brothers: Bill Sherwin and Bob Sherwin both of Keene, two sisters: Pauline Whitney and Marlene Wyman both of Keene, sixteen grandchildren: Bobby, Jill, Garrett, Laith, Matt, Chrissy, Tara, Sara, Jenny, Zachary, Lacy, Lindsey, Alice, Amanda, Chris and Eleanor, five great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and her beloved dog Roxy.
Services for Mrs. Ryan will be held Wednesday morning at 10:30 at the Fletcher Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 33 Marlboro Street, Keene, NH. Friends are invited. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home, Tuesday evening from 6 to 8.
Burial will take place at the family lot in the North Branch Cemetery in Antrim.
