His parents, Ronald C. and Mary E. (Michelson) Goodnow, welcomed their son into the world on September 13, 1963 in Keene, NH. He grew up in Fitzwilliam, NH and was a 1980 graduate of Monadnock Regional High School in Swanzey, NH.
Michael was an accomplished artist creating many wonderful drawings. He had a love for horticulture, and enjoyed collecting Native American memorabilia.
A friend too many, Michael will be greatly missed, especially by his sister, Lisa Normand and her husband, Brian, of Troy, NH; two nieces, Stephanie Aron and her husband, James, of Swanzey, NH, Christina Normand of Bellows Falls, VT; adopted son and daughter, Jonathan Goodnow and Christina Goodnow; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.
A graveside service and burial will be held in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Royalston Road, Fitzwilliam, NH on Friday, July 14, 2023 at 10:00am. All are welcome to attend.
