She was born on October 30, 1956, in Enfield, CT daughter of Robert and Margaret (Whalen) Linn.
She leaves behind her husband of 44 years: Timothy Phelps; mother: Peggy Linn; stepchildren: John Phelps and Peggy Bachota; siblings: Roberta Burgess and Robert Linn; as well and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members. She was predeceased by her father, Robert Linn.
