

She was born in Nashua NH, on De ember 19, 1922, to Rene and Evelyn (Soucy) Ouellette. During the Depression, she and her family moved to Hammond Hollow in Gilsum, where she lived for the next 25 years.
She was a member of the Class of 1941 from Keene High School.
She married Gaston A Arseneault on June 28, 1941 in a ceremony at St. Bernard Church here in Keene. She went to work at MPB, where she worked for 10 years, before moving to Florida with her husband in the early 1960’s. While in Florida the two of them owned and operated a Gus’s Tavern. She also worked for a plant nursery while there. She lived in Florida for over 50 years, returning to the Keene area just 6 years ago.
With a strong Catholic upbringing, she was very active at her church in Florida. She was a gifted seamstress, and enjoyed crochet and knitting as well. In later years, she took up painting and became skilled in watercolors. She was a faithful attendee at her High School Reunions, and looked forward to seeing old friends and catching up on the latest news.
She is survived by her son: Richard Arseneault and his wife Karlene of Gilsum; nine grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by he husband, of nearly 45 years: Gaston A. Arseneault, a daughter: Simone Brazzell, as well as by her brother and 2 sisters.
In keeping with the wishes of the family, there are no public calling hours or services. Burial will take place at a later date, in the family lot in Monadnock View Cemetery in Keene.
