She was born on October 27, 1938 in Dublin, NH, the daughter of the late Dorothy (Barrett) and Laurie Rajaniemi. She attended area schools and graduated from Peterborough High School.
Soon after high school, she married Odus Bobby Ray White on August 16, 1958 in Orange, CA. Peggy and Odus traveled extensively across the United States and abroad throughout Odus’ military career and eventually settled in Maine.
Peggy will be dearly missed by her sons: Larry White with wife Paris of Plymouth, ME, Tim White with wife Gabriele of Niceville, FL, Richard White with wife Heather of Sebastian, FL, and Eddie White of Port Richey, FL; brother: Bernie Rajaniemi ; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Odus White, son Barry White, and siblings: Janet, Donald, Teddy, and David.
A graveside service will be held in the spring at the Dublin Town Cemetery in Dublin, NH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to be made in Peggy G. White’s name to the American Cancer Society or a charity of one’s choice.
