Her parents, Noah and Florence (Canfield) Clements, proudly welcomed their daughter into the world on April 19, 1939 in Fairford, England.
Primrose completed her schooling in England, and at the age of 18, she made the journey to the United States by herself, to meet up with her mother and sister who preceded her in coming to the States.
A very active member of the work force, Primrose provided assistance in various responsibilities with the former Bon Ton Restaurant, the Peerless Insurance Company, The Cheshire Medical Center, Keene Gas and PC Connections, all in Keene.
She also devoted her free time to creating special memories with her family and knitting. She always found a special place in her heart for all animals.
Primrose was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church in Keene.

Wilton, of Keene; her grandchildren, Nicole Auger and her husband, Nick, of Rochester, NH, Chelsey Croteau of Keene; two great-grandchildren, Amaya Parham and Aliya Auger; a sister-in-law, Cheryl Tolman and her husband, Newell “Newt” Tolman, of Surry, NH; and many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Croteau in 1984; two sisters, Joan Scheffler and Betty Patenaude; a brother-in-law, Donald Croteau; and a son-in-law, Timothy Hobbs in 2015.
