“The legend of Nelson, mom, Gram, Great Grammy,
Great-Great Grammy, Aunt Priscilla, and friend”
Thank you to those who have written and provided support through this difficult time.
The friends she had in this town were wonderful and the family she had made, my taking care of her was easy. My daily phone calls in the AM: I'M ALIVE, had my coffee, doughnuts most likely all over the bed and if she had visitors she was not afraid to ask to have them do something. She always had her list of callers as she enjoyed their conversations. But we all knew Priscilla’s LOVE for sure. People would stop: visit or bring food, sit on Priscilla’s Porch or even go into the house for a while. Some did her feet, her hair, put cream on her legs, gave her a bath and that was Home Health Care in Nelson. Gram, mom, would tell stories, talk about town affairs, attend all town functions, let them all know what she liked or did not like, she was a bear of all. She would always reach out when people were down, help get food to them even if she could not drive, never was afraid to call anyone to drive, ask and you shall receive. When covid hit, still people would mask up and visit and she loved every minute of it.
She was an inspiration to us all and to all who knew her. She has touched us in so many ways. She was on top of her game until the end. Now, Life has come to a good run and she went out in her own way. She will always be with us as well as in our thoughts.
So We would like you all to join us to:
