

He was born in Keene on October 9, 1959, the son of Victor and Beverly (Creamer) Hutchins. He attended local schools and was a lifelong resident of Nelson.
On December 22, 1979, in a ceremony at a family home, he married Deborah Pichette. The recently celebrated 33 years of marriage.
He had worked as a self-employed contractor, there wasn’t really anything that he could not fix, repair or make. His handy work could be found in the hand pounded copper birdhouses in his yard to the recently reconstructed steeple on the Nelson Congregational Church.
He enjoyed gardening as well as tinkering with various projects around the home, he loved hunting and fishing and just spending time with family.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years: Deborah Hutchins of Nelson; his two sons: Joshua Hutchins and his wife Nicole of Nelson and Jason Hutchins and his wife Victoria of Keene; his sisters: Vicki Parker and her husband Larry of Swanzey, Nancy Chase and her husband Phillip of Nelson and Sara Hutchins of Nelson; his father: Victor Hutchins of Nelson ; six grandchildren: Emma Hutchins, Jacob Hutchins, Elizabeth Hutchins, Carter Clark, Caitlyn Hutchins and Joseph Hutchins; as well as Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends. He is predeceased by his mother Beverly Hutchins.
A celebration of Life will be held on Monday February 25 at 3:00 pm at the Fletcher Funeral Home. An hour of visitation will be held from 2:00 until 3:00 pm, prior to the service. Burial will happen at a later date.
