Scot grew up in Hillsborough, NJ alongside his brother, Dennis, where the two spent their childhood together.
A devoted supporter and volunteer of the Audubon Society, Scot was a passionate eagle watcher and monitor. He kept meticulous maps tracking their movements and thought nothing of hiking long stretches of trail for the chance to see one in flight. His love of the outdoors and quiet dedication to their preservation left a lasting mark on those who shared that passion with him.
Scot is survived by his brother, Dennis Reagan. He will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who knew him.
