I did not have the pleasure of working directly with Terri, but we talked often as I saw her passing in the hallways of Liberty. She was always someone you could count on for giving you a great big smile. I remember Terri as a "glass half full" kind of person. She saw the good in all things and would always take a tough subject or situation and point out the positive. I was truly saddened when I heard of her passing. She LOVED her boys so much and recall the great stories of them growing up with the funny things they did. She was an amazing, strong mother to them. She loved her entire family. She will be greatly missed by so many. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family and friends.

May god provide comfort during this difficult time.

Hello there.
I am a worker at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet in Keene, NH. Terri would visit every now and then for her favourite wine, and whenever I interacted with her, she had nothing but a big smile and positivity that was truly contagious to myself. She was a favorite of mine, and she will leave a lasting impression on how to be a good person, even when times don't permit a happy mood.
My sincerest condolences, and may she Rest In Peace.

Terry was a valued member of my team at Liberty Mutual for the past two years. I never physically met Terri, but every meeting that we were in together was better when Terri was there. We could never keep up with the different pets that showed up with Terri in the meetings, but she did keep up with the different pets that showed up with every other team member. Terri is already missed and will always be somebody that I am fortunate to have worked with.

Terri was a great colleague and friend - she was caring, thoughtful, and patient.

When I started as a new hire at Liberty Mutual, Terri taught me to code in SAS and taught me so much about the business in general. A few years ago, I had the privilege to work with Terri again when she joined my team as a manager. I was always so grateful for Terri's leadership, her ability to keep up with key HR due dates (and keep me in check with them!), and her drive to make things better.

Terri always had a story to share about her boys - Ryan and Brent brought her SO much joy and pride. One of my favorite stories from Terri was how she would turn toilet water green and play other fun tricks on St. Patrick’s day - this is a tradition I knew I had to start as soon as I had kids. As she did for many others, she made my dogs chew toys and my family treats at Christmas time - she was just SO thoughtful. My daughter always asked to visit Terri when she came into the office, and even has a sweet stuffed animal that Terri gave her which has been getting lots of extra snuggles this past week.

Terri has left a lasting impression on so many, she will be missed so much. My prayers are with Terri, Ryan, Brent, Peter and the rest of her family and friends.

Working from home has been hard with everyone on the phone. Terri was always the first one to hop on video with a smile and start up a conversation with you about the weekend or show you where her cats were hanging out with her or engaging you in some way. She always remembered what you told her in the last conversation you had because she asked about it in your next one. Talking to Terri always brightened my day - no matter what the topic was. Her spirit was nothing but positive.
