

Angela Kay Rennie, age 52, of Hurst, passed away unexpectedly on May 19, 2026. Born on June 25, 1973, she lived a life defined by creativity, compassion, humor, and a profound devotion to her family and friends.
A proud graduate of L.D. Bell High School, Angela went on to pursue her love of language, earning a Bachelor’s degree in French from the University of North Texas. As the youngest child of her family, she brought a unique spark to every room. She had an innate passion for the beautiful things in life—food, music, art, and design—and she took great delight in hosting gatherings that brought people together in celebration.
Angela will be remembered most for her boundless capacity to love. Ever the optimist, she dedicated herself to uplifting others. Her sister Jennifer will forever cherish the memory of how fiercely Angela cared for her firstborn nephew, Landry, treating him with the devotion of a mother.
She is survived by her beloved child, Jacqueline Rennie; her mother, Carol Underwood; her sisters, Shari Lockhart, and Jennifer Tinjum; and her five nephews, Landry Strange, Hayden Strange, Robert Moss, Chris Moss, and Damian Moss. Angela was preceded in death by her beloved father, Wayne Tinjum.
