Fred Partin, age 69, born June 28, 1949 in Bull Creek, Tennessee and passed away on November 10, 2018 in Decatur, Texas. He was born to Ernest and Ollie Partin. He is survived by his loving wife Nesta Partin; brothers, Jack and Jerry Partin; son, James and his wife Angie Partin; daughter, Diane and husband T.J. Harrell; and grandchildren, Britney, Michael, Gunner, Cierra, Dakota, Cheyenne, Taylor and Zachery. Preceded in death by sons, Ernest Partin and Freddy Partin. Memorial Service will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Movement Church, 1194 County Road 4651, Rhome, Texas 76078.
