Gary William Olson

Gary Olson, of Spencer Iowa passed away on Sunday, September 21st in Trophy Club, Texas. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, friend to all that knew and loved him. He was born on May 25, 1937 in Spencer, Iowa to David and Jane Olson.

Gary was an avid golfer and diehard Chicago Cubs fan. While his professional accomplishments were many, Gary’s greatest joy was his family, notably his grandchildren. He would attend every sporting event and he supported them unconditionally in all their endeavors.

Gary is survived by his wife, Sandra Olson of Mount Morris, Illinois. Brother of Cindy Buchanan and Judy Bohlen. Father of Sheree Nazos, Suzee Graham and Stacee Frank. Grandfather of Taylor Kramer (spouse Jeff Kramer) and Logan Matthews, William Falbo Jr., Ryan Graham, David Graham, and Callie Mae Frank. Great Grandfather to Camden Kramer and Ronan Kramer.

The visitation will be from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with service to follow on Tuesday, September 30 at Keller’s Old Town Funeral Home located at 220 Keller Parkway, Keller, Texas 76248.

Interment will begin at 2:30 pm at the Medlin Cemetery located at 1130 Trophy Club Drive, Trophy Club, Tx 76262.
