Gerald Alex Marton, of North Richland Hills, Texas, passed away on February 4th 2025, surrounded by his family. He will always be remembered as a loving and jovial “Daddy” to his children, and a supportive and loving husband to his wife. He was born on November 16, 1938 in Lake City, Florida to Alex and Margurette Marton. Jerry was an avid outdoorsman and handed that love for the outdoors to down to many. He is a proud 21 year veteran of the Air Force and wore his hat everywhere he went. He is survived by his wife, Lydia, four children, Angela, Michael, Travis and Christina, his brother Harry, four grandchildren and one great grandson. The visitation will be held from 6 – 8 o’clock p.m. on Sunday, February 9th at Old Town Keller’s Funeral Home in Keller. The Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday February 11th at the Hurst Texas Stake Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Interment will follow in the Crestview Cemetery in Wichita Falls, Texas at 3:00 p.m.
