Jimmy Copeland was a devoted Christian and family man. Jimmy graduated high school from US Grant High School. Later in life, he went on to be a successful business owner. He owned and operated Copeland Painting Company. Throughout Jimmy's life, he was often found driving boats, racing race cars, and caddying for his children at golf tournaments.
He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was actively involved in his children and grandchildren's extracurricular activities. Jimmy enjoyed golfing, water skiing, fishing, and camping. He also loved doing mechanical work, watching western movies, and watching Oklahoma football, the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Nascar.
Our lives will forever be touched by his kind, gentle heart and sweet, caring nature. He truly loved others with the unconditional love of Christ. His legacy lives on through the many hearts and lives he touched.
Jimmy Copeland is survived by a spouse; Veronica Copeland, children; Crista Ogle and husband Chris Ogle, Jeremy Copeland, Micah Copeland and wife Denae Copeland, grandchildren; Dylan Ogle, Cayden Ogle, Addyson Ogle, Lauren Copeland, siblings; Linda LaFever and husband Lynn LaFever, Larry Copeland and wife Elaine Copeland, Nephews; Josh LaFever and wife Haley LaFever, Jarod LaFever, Chris LaFever, Ryan Copeland.
Jimmy Copeland is preceded in death by his grandparents James and Ruby Coffman and his parents Raymond and Juanita Copeland.
