Jose loved watching his favorite soccer team, "El America", play.

Jose is survived by this wife, Monica Melendez; his children, Clara Martinez, Omar Melendez, Angel Palomares and Santiago Palomares; his grandchildren, Alexander Guzman and Oscar Guzman; siblings, Jose Luis Martinez, Marco Aurelio, Rosa Elena Gonzalez, Rosalinda Gonzalez, Cesar Gonzalez and Bruno Gonzalez; one niece, Gabriela Martinez and nephews, David Martinez, Josue Martinez, and Saul Martinez.

By invitation only, a visitation and rosary will take place, Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Keller's Old Town Funeral Home, 220 Keller Parkway, Keller, Texas 76148.

A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 10:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 861 Wildwood Lane, Grapevine, Texas 76051. There will be a graveside service to follow at 11:30 am at the Grapevine Cemetery, N. Dooley and Wildwood Lane, Grapevine, Texas 76051.
