AHNER: Elizabeth (Liz) passed away peacefully on July 13, 2014 at Springvalley Care Centre in Kelowna, BC surrounded by her family. Born in Hungary, March 7, 1927, she immigrated to Canada in 1957 with her husband John. They made their home in Richmond, BC, where they raised their 4 children. Elizabeth is predeceased by her husband John, and her son Peter. She leaves behind her 3 daughters, Irene Rose (Lee) of Kelowna, Rosemary Soehn of Maple Ridge and Angela Thompson (Rob) of Maple Ridge. Grandchildren Aron, Jaime, Toni, Joe, Daniel, David and Kady and great grandchildren Amanda, Nicolas, Jake, Ben, Samantha and Hunter and one great-great granddaughter, Scarlette.
