Elsie is one of the most wonderful persons I've ever met. I'll always admire her for her strength and her big heart. I'm really glad to be one of the lucky people who got to know Elsie. The blanket she handmade for my daughter will always be a treasure for us!

We would like to send our condolences to David, Leah, Wes and their families and relatives. We regret not being able to be there at this time but would like to take this opportunity to thank Elsie "Ona" , for all that she did for our famly for many years, we are grateful and our thoughts are with you all.

We so loved Elsie.  We have many fond memories of her time with us in Grade 12.  We will always remember how her smile could light up any room.  Definitely a most special cousin.  You are all in our hearts and pray that your happy memories will be a healing influence at this difficult time.

Elsie spent many wonderful days with us here in Salinas.  We met her in her favorite place "the Angermeyer Inn" on the Galapagos 8 years ago.  She didn't know how long she had at that time but showed us how we all should value the time we have on this wonderful earth.  Salinas became her stop over going and coming from the islands she loved and we enjoyed every minute she was with us.  Elsie "The best is yet to Come."
She loved her family dearly and they loved her and we send our condolence to all of you and to Teppy and Alex who became part of her family.

Elsie will allways stay in my mind as the most courageous woman I´ve ever met. My deepest feelings to my Dear Elsie´s family, especially to David.
