With great sadness we announce the loss of our wife and mother Elsie Johnson who passed away April 28th at the age of 88.Elsie lived in Winnipeg for most of her life. She has been Earls’ loving wife and partner for 67 years. She is survived by her husband Earl; children Bill (Donna), Lawrence, Judith (Leighton), Vi; grandchildren Allison, Tyson, Cory and Kent and great-grandchildren Jacy and Waverly; two sisters Gladys and Evie. Predeceased by her brother Peter Sweet and sister Bernice Wensel. Family was always very important to Elsie and she was extremely proud of her children and grandchildren. At her request she will be laid to rest in Brookside Cemetery in Winnipeg. Information regarding her celebration service will follow.
