HUCULAK: Emma Emily passed away on December 19, 2010 at Kelowna, BC at the age of 77 years. She is survived by and will be lovingly remembered by her son Chris ( Norma), grandchildren Robin and Zachary, her brothers Johnny(Shirley) and Bernie (Jan) Slonopas, her sister Mary (Nick) Sass also her numerous nieces and nephews. Emma was predeceased by her husband Robin in 1990 and her son David in 1983. She was an active member of the Army & Navy ladies auxillary. A service will be held at 10:00 am on December 29, 2010 in the chapel of Valleyview Funeral Home, 165 Valleyview Rd. Kelowna, Interment to follow at the Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery. Donations gratefully accepted to the Interior Cancer Center in Emma’s memory.
