Francis is survived by his step-sons Bruce (Kerry) Sutley (and their children Garrett and Nikki), Kenneth (Linda) Parker (and their children Joani, Jaye and Cheri); sisters Allie and Dolly (Jesse); nephew Terry (Linda); nieces Pat, Carol, Connie and Louise; and good friends Ron and Karen Potter. He was sadly predeceased by his wife Carrolle; brothers Earl and Dee Sutley.
There will be no service at Francis’ request.
