Irene Frances Barber Schneider

She is survived by her sons, Warren, Wayne and Curly (Mert); brother-in-law Gene; grandchildren and great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was proud of having a fifth generation family.

Renee was predeceased by her husband of 64 years Vic; son Brian; daughters-in-law Carol and Yvonne; brother Jim; and sisters Blanche and Gwen.

After raising their family and moving from Alberta to BC, Renee lead an active life - curling, playing piano, the Ink Spots, gardening, making afghans and visiting with her loving family and dear friends were highlights for her.

A memorial services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, October 29, 2016 in the chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services, 1211 Sutherland Avenue, Kelowna, BC.
