It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Irene Szabo (Kalota) on August 6, 2017 at the age of 88.
Irene will be lovingly remembered by: her children, Barb (Jack) of Kelowna; and Frank of Kelowna;
grandchildren, Chris (Ashley), Brent (Ashley), Shayne and Adam;
great-grandchildren Colton, Landon and Addison; sister, Elizabeth Simon
of Penticton and nieces and nephews in Canada and Hungary. She is predeceased
by her husband, Frank (Sr.), in January, 2006.
Thank you to the nurses and staff at David Lloyd Jones Home for taking
great care of mom. There will be a private family service.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to BC Cancer Society or the Alzheimer Society of BC would be appreciated.
