

It is with sad hearts we announce the sudden passing of John Glenn Goodman on December 25th 2014. Glenn was 82 years old and born in Kerrobert Saskatchewan . Glenn spent most of his early years in Alberta then his family moved to Vancouver.
In 1953 after working at various jobs, Glenn and his brother Gerry decided to join the RCAF . Both of them established long and prestigious careers in the armed forces making many friends along the way.
During this time Glenn married Nicole and had three children , Glenda , Gary and Donald . The family lived the life of the service and traveled throughout Canada and the U.S.
In the eighties Major J. G. Goodman retired to the private sector remaining in his field of electronics. He remarried with Nancy in the ninety's . While in his early 60's Glenn suffered a severe stroke but much to his character this did not stop him from leading a happy satisfying and wonderful life .
Glenn leaves behind his loving children , grandchildren Eric, Jason and Katlin and many friends. All will miss him dearly , his great humor, sharp wit and vast knowledge of worldly subjects made Glenn a magnet for people at every function he attended.
A celebration of life will be held at the Hawthorne Park lounge - 867 KLO rd. Kelowna, at 2 p.m.-4 pm . On Glenns favorite day of the week 'toonie Tuesday ',January 6th 2014. All who knew Glenn are welcome , please in lieu of flowers send donations to the Canadian Legion in Kelowna.
