 I just happened to come across the notice of Bill's passing on Facebook. 
Great picture.
Bill and Joan were in my Amway group in Victoria, and became close friends. We missed them when they moved to Kelowna. There, Bill was faithful in his care of his beloved Joan through her illness.
 Although I haven't seen Bill for years, we did connect via email. He was one of the most positive people I have known. 

My sincere sympathy to  his family, and all who knew and loved him.
