Lorne was predeceased by his loving parents Deane and Lara Russell.
He was the beloved husband of Terry Post; dear father of Kristina (John), Janna (Andrew), and Brent and cherished Grandpa to Jack, Max, and Kyle.
Lorne had a strong passion for the game of bridge which he participated in, both personally and professionally, throughout his life.
He had a warm smile and joyful laugh for everyone he met. He will be fondly remembered for his kindness, quick wit, and wonderful humour.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Salvation Army where he rang the bells at Christmas time for many years, this would be appreciated.
There will be a private family interment at another date.
