Mrs. Margaret Baldwin

1922-2016

With sadness and loving memories we announce the passing of Margaret Baldwin on January 17, 2016 at the age of 93.

Born in Empress, Alberta on December 16, 1922 to Frank and Mary Breckon, Margaret grew up in rural Alberta.

Margaret worked with mentally challenged children for many years in Edmonton before retiring. She loved to travel, read, do crosswords and spend time with her family.

Margaret was predeceased by her husband, Ivor, in 1978 and her son Neil in 1980.

She is survived by her daughter Maureen, son-in-law Swede Knox, grandsons Ryan and Brett Knox and Sean Baldwin, great grandsons Jayden Gaboury and Milo Baldwin and great-granddaughters Tori Sutherland, and Natalie and Chloe Knox.

Her warmth and caring will be missed forever, but never forgotten. We will love you always.

The family would like to thank the nursing and care staff at the Brandt’s Creek Mews, Pear Lane in Kelowna for the care, respect and compassion they showed Margaret during her residency there.
