I was away so I just heard of Mary's passing. I had planned to visit her again this summer in Kelona. My life was enriched by her friendship of 63 years. What a wonderful picture of Mary as it shows her outlook on life. Your family are in my thoughts and prayers. - Lois Marlatt formerly from Thunder Bay

Condolences to your family on your loss. While I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Mary, she was my godmother, while she was in Port Arthur. She worked with my mothers at St Joseph's Hospital. My mother thought very highly of Mary, and clipped out the obituary for me to read. Sending warm thoughts to the family at this difficult time.
