I am heart broken that I will never hear Nathan's hilarious and very specific laugh again. He was my elem/high school crush/bf and although I thought he could be a butthead at times back then, he was also very caring and kind. Both my parents loved him very much. I'd often wake up in Pinantan Lake to him outside chopping wood with my Dad, with me having no clue he was even coming over. I talked to him a couple months ago after sharing "our song" with him when it popped up on my playlist. We had a good laugh about it and I truly wish that was not the last laugh we would share. My condolences to his family and loved ones. Rest in Paradise Nathan.

I’m truly sorry to hear this news is true. Nate had been our neighbour for the last 5 years and while he was a pain in the butt sometimes with his loud motorcycle, he always had a smile on his face and a friendly hello for me and my kids (sometimes even a toonie or two for my son). He always seemed wanting and willing to chat, and was always ready and willing to help when he saw it was needed. It is so sad to see a life so young lost. Rest In Peace Nate.
