Patricia Anne Foster

Our Mom was a sweet and spicy little lady who had a special soul, who loved her family unconditionally and was always there for everyone. Mom, as well as Dad, spent many years coaching our softball teams, tirelessly helping with fundraising and made sure to never miss coming to watch grass hockey/baseball/gymnastics/dance for us and all the grandchildren. She enjoyed rescuing and adopting many kittens, volunteering with Telus charities, Cities of Burnaby and Coquitlam and various other organizations, as well as a good glass of white wine. Rest peacefully Mom, your big beautiful family you created will cherish and honour your memory for all of our lifetimes. Never will you be forgotten and forever you will be loved.

Mom was predeceased by her parents Fred and Christine Swartz and her brother Gerry Swartz. She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Lionel James William Foster, her daughters Karen (Roger) Velo, Linda (Scott) Wittal, 8 Grandchildren Justine (Tor), Taylor (Dave), Eric (Jenna), Marco (Jessica), Aysia (Alexi), Nick (Sandy), Vanessa (Helya) and Caralyn, 9 Great Grandchildren Carson, Benji, Ronin, Kingston, Weston, Busy, Lucia, Adley and brand new baby Laila who came into the world the same day her Great Grandmother passed.

In lieu of flowers, if you wish to donate to the Furbearers Association Mom would be thrilled.

As per Mom’s wishes, there will be no service.
