Peter Lawrence Tataryn

Peter Lawrence Tataryn, of Kelowna, BC, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2022 at the age of 90, surrounded by his loving wife of 54 years, Patricia Ivon Tataryn (Pearce), and his devoted daughter, Angela Tataryn Laughlin. Peter is also survived by 10 of his 16 siblings, many nieces and nephews, and his two dear grandsons: Michael Bradley Laughlin and William Barrett Laughlin.

After attending Loma Linda University for Medical Technology and Dentistry, Peter practiced as a well respected dentist for 31 years and even worked for the Government of Indian Affairs in Saskatchewan practicing dentistry on Indian Reserves. His one and only daughter followed in his footsteps and attended his alma mater becoming a dental hygienist making Peter a very proud father indeed.

Peter was very strong, kind, quick to lend a hand, and will be truly missed by all those that knew and loved him.

A memorial will be held to honor this devoted Christian man on Sunday, November 13th at 4pm at Rutland Seventh-day Adventist Church located on 130 Gerstmar Road in Kelowna, BC. All are welcome to attend.
