Left to remember him are his two daughters Courtney (Jared) and Ashley (Paul), mother Alice, brother Mike (Ginette), nephew Chad (Jennifer), niece Stephanie, two great nephews Logan and Austin, and two grand children Hudson and Brielle. Now joining his father Stanley who passed last year.
Steve was born in the small town of Fox Valley, Saskatchewan on April 10th, 1962 and was raised by his parents Stan and Alice Sehn. In the summer of 1971, the family picked up and moved to Kelowna where he lived the rest of his life.
After high school, Steve moved on to work as a stucco plasterer and took great pride in his job, working all over the Okanagan and surrounding areas.
Steve absolutely loved his sports, being a big fan of the Vancouver Canucks and the Saskatchewan Rough Riders. He also was extremely passionate about music and never passed up an opportunity to dance when the tunes came on. Steve was also a member of the Knights of Columbus baseball team, and to this day still has his trophy he won.
Steve was a big kid at heart, loving to take his daughters to Scandia to play arcade games, mini golf, and of course trying to beat them on the go-kart track.
Steve will be greatly missed by all of his family and close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th, 2025 at 11am, located at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Rutland, 130 McCurdy Road Kelowna, B.C.
